21 suspects were detained by the Kampala Police after they were detected in Kireka on Saturday 10 October 2020. In Kira Division police station where they had been arrested and detained for disobedience of lawful orders and actions likely to cause the spread of Coronavirus infectious disease.

One of the two detained 21 Kireka sex parties suspects of pleading culprit, Joan Aciro, Chief Magistrate of Kira, accused and denounced 11 of the 21 suspects.
Among the victims : Suzan Akwir, 25 years old, Phion Nalubego, 27 years old, Prossy Nabukenya akas Nakimera, 20 years old, Esther Apio, 26 months old, Christine Nsereko, 21 months old, Edith Nakimbugwe, 22, and Mariam Nakalembe, 20.
Eleven of those arrested have been convicted and charged with disobedience of lawful orders, negligent actions to spread disease infection, bottlenecks, unprofitable activities, prostitution and the promotion of sex trafficking.
