The seasoned performer Phina Masanyalaze has discussed her decision to remain with UMA after leaving Eddy Kenzo's Federation. The Uganda Musicians Association was singled out as a collection of crooks, which was the sole justification for this.
It has appeared to be at odds with UMA and in competition with it ever since Eddy Kenzo's headed federation was inaugurated a few months ago. The top names from UMA appeared to be being lured away by UNMF at one time.
In these sessions, Phina had previously been pictured. Even the fact that she joined Kenzo's Federation after leaving Cindy's UMA was made public. She returned to the Association later, though, and carried on with her duties as secretary-general.
They were discouraged from participating for some of the reasons mentioned in this conference.
It appears that Eddy Kenzo's group claimed affiliations were founded solely for financial gain. Since they have never stolen anything, they were offended by this as UMA.
"I had never joined the federation, which some people took the wrong way,' I said.
Just like the other vocalists, including my president Cindy, I received an invitation to one of their meetings. We were compelled to leave the meeting, however, by a few of the issues that were brought up. They claimed that every association was set up to commit financial fraud.
I don't remember us doing it for the time we have existed, the Bampasudde vocalist stated.
