He is confident that KPS would give his son a quality education up until the scholarship runs out, which will be when he completes primary school.
If Alien Skin continues to deny his kid the opportunity to receive a better education, he now wants to take legal action against the company.
Kibuuka's comments follow those of NBS TV host MC Kats, who similarly threatened to use the legal system to force Champion Ogudo to join KPS.
