Carol Nantongo, a former member of the Golden Band, has
described how Stecia Mayanja humiliated her on the Freedom City Stage.
During her participation on Mr. Henry's The Deep Talk
program, which airs on Galaxy TV every Sunday, Carol Nantongo disclosed a
number of private information.
Carol Nantongo recalled being embarrassed by Stecia
Mayanja when asked about some of the most embarrassing moments in her singing
career.
She emphasized that when her career was only getting
started, she had supported other performers at Golden Band.
She was featured at Ronald Mayinja's show in Freedom City
thanks to her backing experience, but she had no idea that Stecia Mayanja found
this annoying.
Stecia Mayanja announced that Carol Nantongo must exit
the stage before she can begin performing as she took the stage.
As she was told to leave the stage, Carol noted that it
was a humiliating scenario because she was the focus of every camera in Freedom
City.
She continued by expressing her displeasure with Stecia
Mayanja's choice before emphasizing how upsetting it had been for her at the
time as a young artist.
