Lubangakene Eric (born15th/03/1995), is a Ugandan Artiste previously known by his stage name Papo bwoy but now changed to PaPo Tellemseh. He sings ragga dancehall, afrobeat, zouk, lakubukubu and reggae. His debut came in 2016 with a song called "My Fiance" ft Ever Dee under Foa Front Music label, led by a Ugandan music icon DAUGY FRESH aka ManFresh.

His later songs, "Introduction" and "Coo na" ft Daugy Fresh and Cameroon gave him some large audiance, followed by "Kato Smart" which went viral and gained him a recording contract with Tekko Link Solutions Ltd where he recorded yet another hit song from Galaxy Records, Gulu called "CURFEW" and his latest song "BED TRUE" recorded this month (May 2021)

Currently, he is working with Foa Front Music and Tekko Link Solutions Ltd respectively with Xavi D'Legend as his Manager and promised to take Northern Uganda Music far.
