Along with sedan and Sport Turismo
versions of the new 690-hp Taycan GTS, the Taycan lineup now includes a new
all-wheel-drive Taycan 4.
Depending on how you like to count, the 2025 Porsche Taycan portfolio has grown
by two or three variants.
A new GTS model in sedan and Sport Turismo guise is on the sportier end of the
list, while an all-wheel-drive Taycan 4 joins the less expensive side.
The GTS sedan and GTS Sport Turismo have starting prices of $149,895 and
$151,795, respectively, while the 4 starts at $105,295. You can order all three
models right now.
Even though we loved the original
Porsche Taycan, we were nonetheless thrilled by this year's mid-cycle update,
which came with new rear electric motor and batteries. However, Porsche has now
revealed a number of new trim levels for the well-liked electric car, including
a new pair of GTS variants and an all-wheel-drive version of the standard
sedan. The Taycan's 2025 modifications don't stop there.
The base sedan model of the Taycan was previously limited to a single,
rear-mounted electric motor with a power output of 402–429 horsepower. With
all-wheel drive and an additional electric motor for the front axle, the
standard sedan may now be outfitted to rival the Taycan 4 Cross Turismo.

High-gloss black paint on the front
and rear aprons and the base of the mirrors distinguishes the GTS models from
other versions in terms of appearance. The GTS models' interior features,
including as the Sport Chrono package, the GT's sport steering wheel, and the
standard 18-way adjustable adaptive sports seats, are lifted from the top-tier
Turbo GT grade.
The manufacturer claims that the GTS models' athletic character is enhanced by
their special chassis calibration and optional rear-axle steering. Although an
active ride suspension with GTS-specific tuning is also an option, they are
equipped with Porsche's Active Suspension Management (PASM) technology as
standard.
Porsche anticipates that dealerships
will receive both of the new models by the end of the first quarter of 2025,
but they are currently available for order. The GTS sedan and GTS Sport Turismo
start at $149,895 and $151,795, respectively, while the all-wheel-drive Taycan
4 sedan starts at $105,295. Porsche expanded its color palette to include Slate
Grey Neo, Pale Blue Metallic, and Purple Sky Metallic in addition to the new
models.
