Born Ronald Mutebi, known to many as Mc Norman, is a Reggae and Dancehall musician hailing from Uganda, located in the East of Africa. He started his music career dates to 1987, when he started as a band member in Afrigo at the tender age of 12.
In this single titled, Lindako, Africa and the
world at large witness an attempt to break communication barriers through the
collaboration of Ugandan and South African musician’s Mc Norman and Xelimpilo.
Xelimpilo describes the song as a sad love story of a guy in
quest for a lady to wait for him. “The song speaks about a guy having
intentions of taking a girl out, because he is attracted to her and she decides
to leave after having drinks, despite the guy pleading with her to wait and not
leave right away.”
Xelimpilo
is no stranger to the music scene either, as he is a former member and leading
vocalist of the multi award-winning music band Uhuru, which was signed
to record label giant Kalawala-Jazzme.
